Memory Care

We Understand that memory issues a loved one is experiencing is trying for both families and friends.  At Park Creek Our memory support program is designed to improve the quality of care and life of our residents living with dementia. We offer specialized care and nursing services in a comfortable and secure environment to keep residents safe. Our memory care wing is easy to navigate which helps reduce confusion and agitation. Memory enhancing activities and therapies  provide a daily purpose.

Enrichment Activities – stimulating and engaging activities and games to enrich the day providing purpose and socialization.

Therapies offered:

Music Therapy – promotes relaxation and reduces agitation

Reminiscence Therapy – uses senses like smell, taste, touch, and sight to help remember people, places and events unlocking happy memories.

Art Therapy – using art to explore creativity while slowing down cognitive decline.

Pet Therapy - used to provide companionship and comfort.
