Mary and I want to express our sincere and most heart felt thanks for all of the care, devotion, and support you provided to Dad and us....You will all be remembered as the best group of people we could ever hope to meet.  The care you provided was unmatched, we will always be so grateful for "finding you".  ...You are an incredible group of friends and care givers.  You never showed frustration or exhaustion and never complained about your work.  Everyone from nursing, housekeeping, dietary, reception was always upbeat and willing to help when needed.  You were all fun to talk with and to share stories.....Dad is now at......Skilled Nursing, it is nice and they are taking good care of him, but it will never be Park Creek!!!  You are very, very special!!!  Thank You Again!
